Tri-Dim Filter Corporation's Tri-Pure HEPA/ULPA Ducted Disposable Terminal Modules are designed for use in clean room applications where a compact footprint and high-efficiency filtration are needed. Applications include medical, pharmaceutical, microelectronics as well as other cleanroom disciplines.  These units are designed to fit into a standard 1½" gasketed T-Grid System.

Tri-Dim offers the Tri-Pure Fan Filter Modules that are designed to fit in a Tee Grid System for Cleanroom Applications. The units are lightweight, low profile; consist of a fan/motor assembly and a HEPA/ULPA Filter. The unit is available with a variety of different types of fan assemblies and controls for almost any application.  These units are designed to fit into a standard 1½" gasketed T-Grid System.
